STREET ART WORKSHOP.

WARSZTAT STREET ARTOWY W RAMACH PROJEKTU MOST

To była bardzo twórcza sobota. Artysta Niebieski Robi Kreski we współpracy z trenerką Yestem poprowadzili warsztaty Street-Artowe w ramach projektu MOST. Młodzież podzielona na podzespoły w pierwszej fazie warsztatu tworzyła własne wizualizacje hasła "młodość, młodzież". Następnie wszyscy razem wypracowywali połączenie poszczególnych wizji w całość. Ostatnim krokiem było osadzenie wizji w Warszawie. 
Bardzo dziękujemy naszemu partnerowi Warszawskiej Strefie Rodziny za udostępnienie miejsca pod mural. Przez najbliższe kilka tygodni będzie go można oglądać na żywo. Zapraszamy!

WARSZTAT Z ZARZĄDZANIA ZMIANĄ.

MULTIMEDIA WORKSHOP.

W ramach eksperymentalnego projektu jakim jest MOST nie mogło zabraknąć wątku "zmiany". W trakcie warsztatu uczestnicy dyskutowali jak rozumieją zmianę, z czym im się kojarzy oraz dzielili się tym, jak ją przeżywają. Tę, która ma miejsce w edukacji, ale także te osobiste, związane z rodziną, najbliższym otoczeniem. Było sporo o oporze, który zwykle towarzyszy zmianie. W kilkuosobowych podzespołach uczestnicy szukali sposobów jak sobie z nim radzić. Na koniec stworzyli także projekty zmian dla Warszawy. 
Yesteśmy partnerem projektu MOST, którego organizatorem jest Fundacja Atalaya. Projekt dofinansowany został przez Biuro Edukacji m.st. Warszawy.

WARSZTAT FILMOWO-MONTAŻOWY.

W ramach projektu MOST odbyły się warsztaty MULTIMEDIALNE. 
Uczestnicy realizowali swoje filmy podglądając działania twórców Street-Artowych.

Z połączenia sił dwóch grup powstało 6 krótkich filmów. Do zobaczenia wkrótce ;)
Warsztaty poprowadziła Ania Brzezińska-Czerska, razem z Pawłem Szczutowskim z TV Młodzieżowej. 
Wsparcie rzwojowe zapewniła trenerka Yestem - Agata Lamparska. Yesteśmy partnerem projektu, którego organizatorem jest Fundacja Atalaya. Projekt dofinansowany został przez Biuro Edukacji m.st. Warszawy.

WORKSHOP.

W ostatnią niedzielę odbyły się kolejne warsztaty z filaru Sport, czyli Kajak Coaching. Poprowadzili je Marcin i Ania z Fundacji Promocji i Rekreacji KIM.
Uczestnicy mieli możliwość doświadczenia współpracy przy pływaniu w tzw: "dwójkach" oraz pracy indywidualnej - pływając w "jedynkach".

Ważna była technika, synchronizacja i refleks.

TWORZENIE ŚWIETLNYCH OBRAZÓW W DK KADR.

Dziękujemy DK KADR za zaproszenie do przeprowadzenia 2 x NEON WORKSHOP. Uczestnikom gratulujemy kreatywności i talentu w opanowaniu niełatwej sztuki haftowania wężem ledowym. To była czysta przyjemnośc obserwować i wspierać proces twórczy oraz realizację pomysłów. Ciekawym rozwiązaniem byłoby zrobić za jakiś czas wystawę wszystkich dzieł powstałych w trakcie warsztatów.

EMO LIDER.

JAK ROZPOZNAĆ SWÓJ STYL LIDERSKI I TWÓRCZO KORZYSTAĆ Z TEJ WIEDZY.

Stworzyliśmy autorską koncepcję projektu i specjalnie dla niego powstały scenariusze wszystkich warsztatów, w tym także Emo Lidera. Jest to dla nas powód do radości i dumy. Warsztaty "Emolider" - pozwoliły uczestnikom przyjrzeć się własnemu stylowi liderskiemu i emocjom jakie się wiążą z przywództwem.
Było emocjonująco, energetycznie i twórczo. Uczestnicy warsztatów nazywali emocje, szukali lidera w sobie, a na koniec kreowali pomysły jak sprawić, żeby Warszawa była jeszcze ciekawszym i inspirującym twórczo miejscem.
Warsztaty odbyły się w siedzibie Fundacji Atalaya - organizatora projektu MOST - którego jesteśmy partnerem startegicznym i koncepcyjno-wykonawczym. Projekt MOST jest współfinansowany przez Biuro Edukacji m.st. Warszawy.

STREET ART WORKSHOP.

STREET ART WORKSHOP / PROJECT "MOST" 

It was a very creative Saturday. Artist Niebieski Robi Kreski and trainer Yestem led the Street-Art workshops as part of the MOST project. Participants divided into sub-teams created their own visualizations of the word "youth". Then all together worked out a combination of individual visions. The last step was to embed into the project - symbol of Warsaw.

We would like to thank our partner Fundacja Atalaya - organizer of the project for a cooperation and Centrum Wspierania Rodzin for providing a space for a mural. Education Office of the Capital City Warsaw co-finances the project.

CHANGE ZONE .

CHANGE MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP.

During the workshop, the participants discussed how they understand change, what they associate with and how they experience it. The one that takes place in education, but also the personal ones related to the family, the immediate surroundings. There was a lot of resistance that usually accompanies change. In several components, participants sought ways to deal with it. At the end, they also created change projects for Warsaw. Project MOST is organized by the Atalaya Foundation, which is our partner. The project was co-financed by the Education Office of the Capital City of Warsaw.

MULTIMEDIA WORKSHOP.

FILM/EDITING WORKSHOP

As part of the MOST project, MULTIMEDIA workshops were held.

Participants made their films by previewing the activities of the street-creators.

Two short films were created from joining forces of two groups.

The workshop was hosted by Ania Brzezińska-Czerska, together with Paweł Szczutowski from TV Młodzieżowa.

KAJAK COACHING.

GROUP PURPOSE, OR A DEVELOPMENT EXPERIMENT ON WATER.

Kayak Coaching was led by Marcin and Ania from the Promotion and Recreation Foundation KIM. Participants had the opportunity to experience cooperation in swimming in the so-called "doubles" and individual work - swimming in "singles".

Technology, synchronization and reflexes were important.

WORKSHOP.

CREATING LIGHT PICTURES IN DK KADR.

We conducted two workshops NEON WORKSHOPS at the invitation of DK KADR. We congratulate the participants on creativity and talent in mastering the difficult art of embroidering with the LED hoses. It was pure pleasure to observe and support the creative process and the implementation of ideas. An interesting solution would be to do some exhibition of all the works created during the workshops.

EMO LIDER.

HOW TO RECOGNIZE YOUR LEADER STYLE?

Workshops "Emolider" - allowed participants to look at their own leadership style and emotions that are associated with leadership.

It was exciting, energetic and creative. The participants of the workshop called emotions, they looked for a leader in themselves, and finally they created ideas on how to make Warsaw a more interesting and inspiring place creatively.

The workshop took place at the Atalaya Foundation headquarters - the MOST project organizer - whose partner we are a strategic and concept-implementation partner. The MOST project is co-financed by the Education Office of the Capital City of Warsaw.

VARSOVIENSIS.

CREATIVE WORK ON THE PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE

Participants created "TREE" an original version of the "dream map." Their work consisted in looking at the past and their roots. Then they've decided which values are most important to them. The last element of the tree was the "crown" - what their future looks like in 10 years It was an amazing experience to be with the participants in this creative process, to support them and draw inspiration.

An important element of the work was to consider what role Warsaw plays in this process.

HOW A PHYSICAL EFFECT IS TRANSLATED FOR CREATIVE THINKING?

This workshop is our original idea for creative training of muscles and gray cells. During the workshop, the participants made the National Stadium - Poniatówka - Grunt and Woda route - designed by Tomasz Kwaczyński - the trainer. Tomasz encouraged them to overcome internal resistance and physical obstacles that appeared along the way. This experience served them to create ideas about: what to do in Warsaw was a place even more friendly to residents and tourists. There were many interesting ideas. We hope that some of them will soon be implemented. 

IMPRO.

COOPERATION IN THE IMPORTS OF A KNOWN LIFE.

IMPRO workshop took place in the restaurant MIEJSCE. The coach - Piotr Barański from impro theater "Bez Klepki" introduced the participants to the secrets of improvisation. After a sip of knowledge, exercises, games and games began. It was opening to cooperation, accepting one's and others' mistakes, joy of unexpected twists.

It was very nice to get feedback at the end of the workshop: "It was the coolest afternoon of this year", "I feel joy", "I'm glad I was here", "I have a lot of energy".

In June at Medtronic's international conference we  prepared art workshop for over 500 employees from 9 countries. At the first part of the workshop - our trainers conducted brainstorming session where they  introduced values important for Medtronic. The second part was focused on creative  activities. All the time we were accompanied with  great energy, commitment and fun.

SKANSKA PROPERTY POLAND.

SKANSKA CREATIVE FACILITATORS

Project: "Train the creative trainer" created  for Skanska Property Poland. All Skanska’s Champions of Innovation from Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Romania were invited to expand their facilitation skills. The workshop lasted two days. Participants learned new creative tools and were able to use them in practice. The participants of our workshop will be responsible for the process of innovation in SKANSKA - that is why it was crucial to inspire them how to stimulate the creative ferment in their organization.

At the conference regarding  the social competencies of students - YESTEM led a workshop on "How to spot and overcome resistance". The conference was organized by the University Of Children.

TRANSFUSION - FRESH BLOOD NEEDED RIGHT AWAY

As the part of the SEE & SAY project, organized by the Advertising Creators' Club, we  conducted a workshop for participants of this program. Workshop participants are people who are starting their careers in advertising. They have enthusiasm, ideas and a lot of energy. As the result of our workshop participants were more aware of the way they functioned, their resources and needs. They got to know how much they were worth and what they wanted.

During a day-long project involving several hundred employees of Dentsu Aegis Network, we introduced the new HR system for them. We combined creative and coaching tools. The force was with us.

Integration workshop for over 140 employees of the debt collection company DT Partners. The main attraction was a strategic game: “Mission - Civilization”. The participants had a chance to look at how they worked in a group. The workshop itself was preceded by an analysis and diagnosis of an employee’s and company needs.
